For those who prefer specialized medical treatment for the resident's end of life care, Avon Health Center offers Hospice services in collaboration with several area hospice providers.

We embrace the philosophy of Hospice care in order to improve the quality of a resident’s last days by offering comfort and dignity to them and their families.
