Avon Health Center has been providing families of the Farmington Valley with quality health care services for more than sixty-five years. We are a privately owned and operated 120 bed skilled nursing center, conveniently located on West Avon Road.
Our talented and experienced staff provides short-term rehabilitation, skilled long-term care, IV therapy, wound care, and hospice care, other traditional medical and nursing services.
