The staff are friendly and helpful. The residents seem to enjoy their environment and the rooms are clean, the outdoor patio and gazebo inviting.Spiritual needs are met.

During our visit to see if it was the proper place for my wife in long-term care, we found many wonderful things. The size, the staff, the friendliness that we felt from everyone, could be the exact place we’re looking for.

Very friendly and attentive staff. The CNA Jaylene is, wonderful and caring. The nurse attending to my sister (South Wing) very friendly and informative. I feel at ease knowing that she is being well cared for during her recovery.

I was warmly welcomed and walked through the check in process and escorted to my sisters unit . It was professional , friendly , facility was clean , quiet and staff was friendly !

Avon Health Center is amazing. The staff is so friendly, knowledgeable and compassionate. They did a great job taking care of my Dad. I’d highly recommend them for anyone who needs short- or long-term care for an elderly parent.

From the moment that I walked in and was greeted by Anna — and began working with Linda to register my husband — my first impressions are just wonderful. Avon Health subsequently meeting other staff, I feel that my husband is in a good place for his short term rehab. Physical Therapy and OT are exceptional; he did well thanks to their focus dedication.
